Absences and Make-Up Work It is very important that you do your best to be in attendance each day. When you miss class, you are missing important teaching / activities/ assignments and fun. J If you are sick, your parents need to call the office. While you are away, our classroom “good neighbor” will keep track of assignments for you. We will do our best to send your work home with a sibling or other individual in the school building. However, it is YOUR responsibility to get the assignment sheet and complete your missed work. For each day of absence, the student may have 1 day to make up work. Parents are asked to sign the absentee form and the student should return complete assignments with the signed assignment list.
