Discipline Plan

I have five classroom rules that I expect the students to follow.  They are as follows:

             1.  Be respectful of others and their property.

             2.  Work quietly.

             3.  Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

             4.  Walk quietly in line.

             5.  Do your best.

The consequences for not following the rules are:

            1st offense:  read the rule broken and receive a warning

            2nd offense:  move to yellow and lose 5  minutes of recess

            3rd offense:  move to red, lose 10 minutes of recess, and receive a note

                                  home.

            4th offense:  visit the office

Rewards will be given on occasion for good behavior for both the individual and the whole class.  These may include candy, fun pencils, erasers, sticker, or extra play time.
