See you tomorrow! Bright and early!Wow! We had a great first day of school in first grade! Your children are such a blessing!We made it! I hope your children are telling you how great first grade is! We'll jump right in next week and hit the books!Wow! It's hard to believe one week is already gone! Time really flies! The children are such a blessing and are doing great!Hope you have a wonderful Labor Day Holiday!Wow! What an experience!Study those math facts! The students should be able to answer in 5 seconds. I've placed a link on our web page that allows you to print your own flash cards. The students should have memorized through the fives because we will be moving on quickly. We are beginning subtraction as well since they parallel addition facts! Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to studying we go!It's hard to believe the first 6 weeks has come and gone! Study those math facts and special sounds! GOT to have it this year!Thank you so much for all your hard work and support for Harvest FestWow! What a wonderful time of year! First grade needs 1 parent volunteer from 8:30-lunch in the computer lab for vision screening. Please e-mail me and let me know if you are availableWow!&nbsp; It is so hard to believe that the school year is almost over!&nbsp; We have covered a lot of ground and I pray that the roots have grown deep!&nbsp; Don't forget to enroll for the 2009-2010 school year by April 9th!!&nbsp; What a blessing it has been to share this year with you and your families!We are looking forward to a great year in kindergarten!<P>We're busy learning our "kindergarten smarts" and rules!&nbsp; Thank you for your support! </P> <P>&nbsp;</P>Wow!&nbsp; We are having so much fun!&nbsp; We've reviewed the vowels Ii and Uu and learned about patterns, colors, same &amp; different, and numbers.&nbsp; We're studying God's creation of the earth, too!It is so hard to believe one week of our school year is already gone!&nbsp; We are busy moving ahead and the children are learning so much!It's hard to believe two weeks of school have already past!&nbsp; Our apple activity was great!&nbsp; Thank you!&nbsp; Stop by and look outside our classroom on the wall to see our results!Wow!&nbsp; We've almost completed 6 weeks of school.&nbsp; We have learned all of our vowels and 4 consonants!&nbsp; We are sounding and reading short vowel/three letter words!&nbsp; Go Kindergarten!Today we baked a loaf of bread as we studied about our new community helper, the baker.Don't forget to send a game and a bag of candy.&nbsp; We have the game Operation already.&nbsp; We do need 4 AAA batteries to go with it!&nbsp; Thank you!We had so much fun at the Pumpkin Patch!&nbsp; Check for uploaded pictures soon!If you have never experienced the Fall Festival at our school, you are in for a real treat!&nbsp;&nbsp; It's a blast so come on out Saturday, October 31 from 5-8 in the RDFC for a great time!&nbsp; Food and snacks are available as well!&nbsp; Wristbands are $10.00.&nbsp; See you there!
