Discipline Plan

Rules and Consequences ( this plan will be modified to fit the needs of the class)

Rules:

1.  Listen carefully

2.  Follow directions

3.  Work quietly

4.  Respect school and personal property

5.  Work and play safely

Consequences:

1. First Offense; Warning-move pencil from pocket

2. Second Offense;  Time Out /remove another pencil

3.  Third Offense;  Remove another pencil/ note in speckle book possible grounds for other interventions

4.  Fourth Offense; Other interventions/ possible trip to the office
