Hello!

Welcome to "Third GradeThoroughbreds"  webpage.   The word thoroughbred in its adjective form speaks of something that is "excellent or first-rate" - "thoroughly trained, educated, and cultured."  Although the word usually refers to horses, one definition states that a thoroughbred is a well-bred person.  That is what I desire for this year with this group of high-spirited children.   Since we have the perfect bloodline in Jesus Christ, we must now bring ourselves under subjection in our walk with Him, and in our schoolwork.  We're aiming to be powerful and strong in our commitment to Him, to discipline,  and to excellence.   We're headed toward the goal of becoming a thundering herd of fully devoted disciples of Christ.  We will finish with excellence the race  that is set before us.  Please pray for C.C.S. and for me to have wisdom and clear direction for our classroom of purebreds.
