I am so excited about this year!! 

About Me:

My family and I laugh saying I was born at the First Baptist Church, Slidell, Louisiana.  My family was always very involved in church and its activities.  Because of the constant showering of knowledge about God, I accepted His Son early in life.  I have had a life truly touched by Him.  There have been many hard points that God has faithfully led me through and many high points He has allowed me to experience.  I am married to a wonderful man and have an amazing daughter that just turned one.  They are my life.  We attend First West; you will often find me working in the nursery there.  I love working with and teaching children of all ages.  Because of this love, I decided to become a teacher.  I graduated from Louisiana Tech in March 2005.    I had the opportunity to begin teaching 4^th and 5^th grade English Language Arts and History at CCS in January 2008.  It was an exciting time.  I will begin my first full year teaching at Claiborne Christian School in August. I am looking forward to the upcoming year.
