Daughters of America Contest

National History Day Update
Gabrielle S. of garde 8, placed second in the Junior Individual Exhibit category in the District/Regional competition at Penn Manor. She advanced to the state competition held in Millersville on May 6-7.
24 Challenge Tournament
Congratulations to Andrea M. for winning the 24 Challenge tournament for students in grades 4-5. Andrea, along with Thomas S., Kami S., and Tess H. represented RCS at the IU 13 tournament in April.

Newspaper in Education Journalism Contest Congratulations to Cara M. from 5th grade who won second place, Dominic H. from sixth grade who was a finalist, and Andrea M. from fifth grade who was chosen as a teacher's pick in the NIE Journalist Contest. They were featured in the Intelligencer Journal and the Lancaster New Era NIE tabloid on March 3rd. Way to go!
