Northwestern Lehigh Campus 6493 Rte. 309 New Tripoli, PA 18066 610-298-8661 From Interstate 78, Take the Route 100 North Exit. Continue on Route 100 to the intersection of Rte. 309. Travel on 309 North for approximately one mile. Northwestern Lehigh High School will be on your right, immediately followed by the Administration building and Northwestern Elementary. Northwestern Lehigh Middle School is on this campus, located behind the High School. Traveling north on Rte. 309, turn right at the traffic light at the intersection of Rte. 309 and Northwest Road. The Middle School is about 1/3 mile on the left.                 TOURNAMENT OF BANDS        CLASSIFICATIONS AVAILABLE IN 2010   Tournament of Bands Group Size for Fall 2009: GROUP I         0-30 musicians and 0-30 auxiliary GROUP II        31-50 musicians and 31-50 auxiliary GROUP III       51-75 musicians and 51-75 auxiliary GROUP IV       76+ musicians and 76+ auxiliary     This fall, Tournament of Bands will offer three(3) levels of participation to marching bands for all TOB Competitions: 1.    CHAMPIONSHIP - This level is what has been offered in the past – bands will compete throughout the season for TOB scoring and conclude their season with the annual Chapter Championship and qualification for the annual Atlantic Coast Championship 2.    REGIONAL - This level is for the less experienced bands or bands with budgetary/staffing development concerns – bands will compete throughout the season, with emphasis on education and development, but still follow the TOB scoring. These bands will conclude their season with the annual Chapter Championship. This is a great option to introduce your band to a limited competitive environment! 3.    FESTIVAL - This level will introduce bands to TOB – bands will compete, but at more of an exhibition level with awards based on a rating program without the announcement of a numeric score or place. Student education, development, and staff training will be emphasized. This season concludes with the annual Chapter Championship, still following the rating system. Your band and staff will receive educational and instructive commentary aiding you in succeeding as new performers and designers!   * Every TOB Show will offer the three levels of participation – in every class   * Every Chapter Championship will include three levels of participation/awards   * The Atlantic Coast Championship will only be offered to the CHAMPIONSHIP participants – Regional and Festival seasons will conclude with the Chapter Championship
