About Mrs. Wright

This will be my fifth year of teaching in the Benton Community District. I started in the spring of 2007 as a long-term sub before being hired as the full time Agriculture Education teacher and FFA Advisor. I grew up on my family farm outside of Boone, Iowa. My dad is a farmer and my mom is a buyer for the Iowa State University Bookstore. I have two sisters. Kelsey will graduate from ISU this fall and Danielle is freshmen at UNI. I graduated from Iowa State in the Fall of 2006 with a bachelors degree in Agricultural Education and endorsements in Biology and General Science. I married my husband, Bryan, in June of 2007. Bryan is a radiology tech in the Cath Lab at St. Luke’s. He gets to save people’s lives! I have one son, Kaden. He turned two last May. He has been such a wonderful addition to our family! In my free time, I enjoy playing softball, scrapbooking, cheering on the Cyclones, and hanging out with my family and friends (especially Kaden!).
