Grades pre-K through Second Art & K through Second grade

I believe that art should be a vehicle for individual strength and achievement. I challenge each student to think, to ask questions and understanding. I inspire every student to use artistic vocabulary and terms. I teach my students not only the skills they need to be successful when creating art but the steps and the qualities of developing their own way to relate to Art and Music. I teach every student to be courageous, responsible and understanding. Art and  are two amazing artistic realms that enables each child to clearly see and interpret the world around them.

My highest priority when I teach is for my students to be able to learn as an artist both performing and visual. Teaching the two subjects for the last two years has been one of the most rewarding and dynamic things I have ever accomplished in my life.
