Welcome to Learning Paradise!

Have a great summer and don't forget to read!!!

This is a fun website that focuses on phonics and high frequency words. I love the Star Words game under the tab, "High Frequency Words":

I know everyone is busy over the summer, so if you have a day you can't find time to read to your child, please visit this website:

http://www.storylineonline.net/

This is a website where actors read stories aloud online and the children can follow along while looking at the actual book online.

WARNING: Please make sure you are aware of the book, Dad, Are You the Tooth Fairy? It is revealing and I would suggest not allowing your child to listen to it at this time.

Here is a website for leveled book lists. Take this list to the library or book store when you go. If you would like to know your child's level just send me a quick email and I can let you know.
