    The Academic Common Market is a tuition savings program especially for college students who live in the 16 states that are members of the Southern regional Education Board (Maryland is one of them)! Just for living in Maryland you may be able to enroll in an eligible program at an institution in another member state and pay in-state tuition. Check out the website for eligible programs and institutions and for more information. If you don't see a program you're interested in, email and ask, they may add it!
