How to use this site
I have put a lot of effort to make this site very user friendly for all of us. First, what I suggest is get to know everything about this site. When you click on a topic, take a look at what is underneath it, I have placed sub topics there too. They too have interesting details.
In My Home Page you will find information about general topics.
Classroom News is the place to go if you want to be informed about important topics affecting your group.
In My Lessons you can get files with the material we are working in the classroom. If you didn´t take notes or you lost them you can recover them here. Also, you will find links to other websites where you will be able to practise what we are studying in class.
My Homework is designed for those students who forgot to write in their agenda books. This maybe more work for me, but if the outcome is good, then it is all worth it. Also, use this page if you are sick for a substantial amount of time.
My Forms is designed for on-line quizzes and on-line questions I can get quick responses back from you, all with the click of the submit button.
My Quizzes are a way for students to practice for upcoming assessment test. Students can take as many as the want and receive immediately feedback.
In My Links you will find links to very interesting websites for you to practice your english.
My Blog is a way for me to reflect on events that have happened in the classroom during the school year.
Message Board is the place to go if you want to be informed about what´s happening at school and outside school, too!.
Taking My Polls can sometimes help me out to decide on certain topics or movies I want to show in class. Some polls are strictly for fun, some will be for extra credit, while others are for research. Please only take the poll once!
Take a look at the Calendar at the top of the page. I will try to keep you informed on important dates, due dates. I will also be putting test dates (obviously subject to change) on this calendar as well.
In My Slides Shows you will be able to see pictures about different topics related to English-speaking countries. I took most of the pictures you will see here.
My Puzzles. A place for you to play. Most of the puzzles and wordsearches are for fun but some of them should be done as an assigment to be graded.
Have a look at it and have fun.
