I am glad you are having a rested summer. I got on your website because I couldn't sleep. I had an interview for a first grade teaching position and will hear tomorrow. I recognized myself many times over the course of year in your teaching style...of course that was 15 years ago...can't believe it has been that long.

Mackenna had a great year! I will have her write you an email next week. Have a happy 4th!

ORIGINAL POST Mrs. Chastain's Second Grade Blog Haircut I felt so lazy today.   :)  I slept in and then took care of some phone calls and e-mails that I needed to return.  After that I went to get my hair trimmed.  I'm trying to grow it out really long, but it is taking forever!  I've been working on adding new things to the classroom website and updating the calendar.  Don't forget, that if you read my blog, you can write back to me on it or post a comment.  After you post it, it won't show up right away.  It will wait for me to read it and confirm that it is appropriate to post.
