ORIGINAL POST Mrs. Chastain's Second Grade Blog Pre-Valentine's Day Craziness The class was great all week until today.  They were very talkative and easily distracted.  After several warnings I took away five minutes of recess.  Five minutes is like an eternity to a 2nd grader.  Things didn't change after recess.  I'm thinking it is just some Valentine's day excitement.  Tomorrow is sure to be a little crazy with the party and Twin Day.  I better get to bed early so that I will have the energy to deal with 23 sugared-up students.   :)  « back | comment »
