TO START NUTRITION PROJECT:

 

 

1.      Get the food ads.

 

 

2.      Make a list of the good food buys –in categories:  Record price, and number of servings per unit.

 

 

Grain          Vegetables         Fruits           Meat             Dairy

3.      Start to plan menus, remember to consider color and variety.

 

 4.   Consider price per serving, not price per pound.

Oil-olive, corn ,vegetable, etc.

  1. Check  quantities and budget
