You have been selected to be in the 2009-2010 MAC Choir. 

This is a choir made up of Mustang students from 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. 

We will perform in a Festival on February 16, 2010 with a guest conductor.  Parents and friends are invited to this event to see all the hard work that you will have done.  We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in this elite choir.  Our Mustang Varsity High School Choir will join us in the festival for one number.  This is an excellent opportunity for you and will be a rewarding experience. 

I have chosen 30 participants from Mustang Middle School.  Please read the following schedule, commitments, and a cost of $25.00 that have to be made to remain in this choir.  Choir rehearsals will be on Tuesdays from 3:15-4:00pm at MMS until January when we start rehearsing at the high school from 3:15-4:15pm.  If for any reason you will not be able to rehearse and perform in the following schedule, please let me know as soon as possible.  There are many students who would love to be in this choir, and I need to replace any of the students who aren’t able to participate.

Each student is only allowed TWO unexcused absences before being removed

from the choir. 

Please return your checks payable to MHS Choir for $25.00 before the first rehearsal.

Jan 19,26 (at High School Choir Room)

Feb 2,9,16 (all day)

You must have a ride picking you up from the high school promptly at 4:15 on Tuesdays starting in January.
