1.) Demonstrate RESPECT for yourself, for others and their property, and for our classroom.
2.) Be Positive! Come with an open mind, ready to learn.
3.) Be prepared! Bring your materials to class every day. You will not be excused from class to retrieve books, notebooks, pencils, etc. once class has started.
4.) Please follow teacher instructions the first time they are given. Be on-time, in your seat and ready to work as quickly as you enter the room. Being late to class is taken seriously, and you will be marked late if you do not have a legitimate pass.
5.) Be focused on the class! Spend class time on activities and tasks related to Spanish. (Do not do work for another class, talk out of turn, put your feet up, sleep or otherwise show disrespect to the class or lack focus on the course.)
6.) No eating or chewing gum in class.
7.) Cell phones are not to be seen or heard during school hours. These items will be confiscated if seen or heard by a teacher or administrator. A parent will be required to come to school to claim the phone.

Make–Up Policy:
Consistent daily attendance is essential to learn a foreign language; therefore absences should be avoided when possible.
Missed tests and quizzes must be arranged on the day of your return. Please see me after class to schedule a time to make up the grade.
Unless it is a pop quiz, tests, quizzes and projects are announced in advance. You are expected to take the test or quiz if you are in class on the day it is given. Daily studying is essential for this class! Do not wait until the night before a test or quiz to study or complete a project (if it applies)!
Any missed and incomplete class and homework assignments must be made up and shown to me.
It is the student’s responsibility to find out what he or she missed in class.
If a student knows ahead of time that they will be missing school for any reason please notify Mr. Wagner immediately of the expected absence.
