 A.S.K. the Masters

is going strong on its third year here at Brigantine Elementary School. A.S.K. the Masters utilizes a Master of art in conjunction with A.S.K. vocabulary and test taking techniques. So far the children have learned about a multitude of artists including M. C. Ecsher, Norman Rockwell, Jackson Pollock, Alexander Calder and Mary Cassatt.

Each year the artists change, but the process, which is a 2 day experience, stays the same. The first day is devoted to getting to know the artist. The second day is for utilizing A.S.K. techniques and creating a hands on art project using the masters' processes. What fun!

A.S.K. the Masters will be displayed at the ETTC conference in May.
