Mrs. Terri Armelli – Computer Teacher (8B Homeroom)
Welcome to my webpage! This is my 25th year of teaching in Catholic schools. My teaching career began as a first grade teacher. It was exciting to teach this age level. I loved watching how much my students accomplished and grew over the school year. I have been teaching for 12 years at All Saints. I taught fourth grade for two years and am now in my 11th year of being the computer teacher. I find this position to be the most rewarding and fun.
I love teaching your children how to use the computer and skills that they will be able to use for the rest of their life. I enjoy seeing their excitement when they’ve learned something new. This year I am also teaching fifth grade religion and have an eighth grade homeroom. This keeps me busy and makes it possible for me to know the students better. I truly believe that Catholic education is an important part of a child’s growth as a person. Catholic education helps to instill values and strengthens a child’s relationship with God. All Saints enforces this relationship through daily prayer, community service and liturgies. We are blessed in that the priests from St. John Vianney are weekly instructors in all of our classrooms.
My husband, Tim and I have been married for 27 years and belong to St. John Vianney. Tim is a teacher at Chardon High School. We have two sons, both of whom are graduates of All Saints. Brian just graduated from Bowling Green. Dan is a freshman at Lake Catholic. He will be the final Armelli at Lake Catholic for a while. I was in the 1st graduating class, my husband taught there for 18 years and Brian graduated in 2004. In the summer, we like to visit different ballparks. This is a great way to not only enjoy baseball, but also see and explore different parts of the United States. Don’t ask me my favorite – there’s something unique about every place we’ve visited.
I feel very blessed to be a part of both All Saints and St. John Vianney!
