Sixth Grade News

HOMEWORK

3/8 - 3/12

Progress reports will be sent home on Fri., 3/12. If your child receives one, please sign and return it on Monday. A copy will be sent to you in the next Friday folder. Thank you.

Remember snow gear for outdoor recess!!

Students may leave snow pants in our closet as long as they have names in them.

Please include extra napkins and/or paper towels in your child's lunch box. They need to use them as a placement on their desk while they eat. Children are putting their food directly on their desks! I'm sure the desk they've been using all morning is not clean enough!! Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to keep our work areas as "germ-free" as possible.

Please review the uniform code. We are still having issues with socks. Uniform socks COVER the ankle. Sport socks or low-cut socks are not uniform. Thank you for your help with this matter. This is still a concern 7 months into the school year!!

Religion -Stations of the Cross - 2:15 on 3/12.

We are beginning rehearsals for Living Stations presented on 4/1 at 2:00.

Math -Weekly work due Fri., 3/12.  Prac. 7-6 #8,10,12,14 follow steps! Complete in your Math notebook.

Science -Weekly work due Fri., 3/12.

Collect items for group activity. Building day is Monday. Testing day is Tuesday. Whose mechanical arm will pass the test??????

Finish lab sheet. Complete bar graph.

Clues in the News due Fri., 3/12

Health - Complete bike safety essay for next week.

Reading - Students received their new study guide assignments today.  1st reading assignment due Tues., 3/16. READ DAILY. COMPLETE ALL STUDY GUIDE WORK.

Spelling - Lesson 24pages due Thursday, 3/18. No contract work this week. Test 3/18 also.
