HHS Activities Department and Logan School of Chiropractic will be offering
sports physicals to our 7th - 11th Grade students again this year.

Time: 4 PM-7 PM
Cost: $25.00 (Cash or Check only)
No appointment is necessary
All Students participating in school sports are required to have a physical on
file in the activities department. Physicals must be dated 2/1/2012 or
later for the 2012/2013 school year.
