Our Class Schedule Mrs. Sharon's Room

Our daily schedule is based on the average day.  There will be days when the schedule may be adjusted to accommodate special activities.

8:00           Doors Open  

8:00          Morning Jobs/Independent Read Time

8:20           Prayers & Pledge of Allegiance

8:30           Restroom Break

8:50           Phonological Awareness lesson Time

9:15           Snack

9:30          AM Circle Time, Morning Message Time

9:45         Free Choice Playtime/outdoor recess (weather Permitting)

10:30        Cleanup from playtime

10:40        Story Circle

10:50       Language Arts Lesson Time

11:30        Half day student dismissal/Restroom Break

11:45        Lunch

12:15        Outdoor Recess

12:30        Rest Time for full day students

1:50         Math

2:30         Prayers/Dismissal

Keep in mind that although there are only two scheduled restroom breaks, we do take the children to the restroom as they need it.  We ecourage them to ask as often as they need to.  Outdoor recess takes place everyday after lunch depending on the weather conditions. This would include air quality and pollen count.
