Rehearsal: Thursday, May 31st at 9:00AM (Student Center entrance, not band room entrance). We will rehearse until 9:00AM. Please wear tennis shoes.
Friday, June 1st - arrive at 7:00AM. Luggage will be checked by chaperones. Loading will start with Directors and Chaperones. Then we will go Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshman.
SMALL coolers allowed. Please make sure you can fit it under your seat. Anything larger will not be allowed and it may not go in overhead compartment.
PACK extra clothes in carry on along with toiletries. We will stop outside of Florida on Saturday morning to freshen up but will not go to hotel until after SeaWorld on Saturday night!
Tour shirts will be worn on Monday morning, June 4th for our group photo at the Disney Castle.
Things to remember: 1. Bring a carry on bag with extra pair of clothes and shower supplies as we will be stopping outside of Florida to change and get ready for our first full day and will not be getting under the buses. 2. Deodorant is our friend. You must use it everyday. 3. Florida is extremely hot in June. Plan accordingly and please bring proper attire. Jean shorts are not recommended as they can get very warm. Light shorts and light tops are encouraged. 4. SUNSCREEN 5. No large radios - anything you bring is your responsibility and not the responsibility of the school. 6. No switching buses - ever. 7. No opposite sex in any room at anytime unless accompanied by an adult. Ever. No exceptions. 8. No drugs/alcohol permitted. You will be sent home. 9. Very small coolers are allowed. Pack snacks and drinks but keep buses clean. 10. Chaperons are required to look through luggage before departure. 11. Listen to directors and chaperons. Not listening will result in anger from Mr. Weber. 12. Have a BLAST! Represent our great band and school with the utmost professionalism! Our band is Nationally known - act like it.
