Dear students, I had not planned on being absent today, but it was necessary. Here are your instructions for today. 1) Pick up your Vocabulary Test from the first basket. If you don’t know your vocabulary – study!! 2) We will review from the text today for Friday’s exam. Pages 78 and 79. We will do this on paper first. You only have one chance to do this on super site and it needs to count. Don’t start it in class and then log out or hibernate you computer. It will freeze you out. Put your answers in when you have a chance to take your time. 3) Tarea or Homework! Look at the cell phone paragraphs. Translate what you have said. Not what you think you have said. Be very careful. I will expect your English translation Friday. If you would like extra credit – you may rewrite the Spanish for five points bonus on your Chapter 2 test. 4) Good Luck and be good!

Dear students, I had not planned on being absent today, but it was necessary. Here are your instructions for today. 1) Five or so minutes to ask questions of Mrs. Benavides. If you don’t know your vocabulary – study!! 2) Take your test. Remember to follow the instructions. I have help you a lot in that area so – no excuses! 3) Tarea or Homework! From your text, we will start Unit two etapa one. Pages 112 and 113 activities 1-4. I will break down the directions for each activity. 1. You must write the entire sentence. No other special instructions. 2. You must write the two lines for practice. Yes, line ohne is always the same. No other special instructions. 3. Do all 8. You must create number 8 with the new vocabulary. For each number you will have a tu and a companero part. Yes. They follow a pattern. Yes, you can answer them all yes or no. 4. Use the vocabulary from the box under the activity four on page 114. Create a conversation that you and a friend have. You must have at least 7 groupings (1 group is a tu and companero part together.) they have already said hello, asked how they are, their names, ect – I think you get my hint. Start with vocabulary from this new etapa and proceed forward. 4) Be ready for your new vocabulary quizzes to start! Good Luck and be good!
