Accelerated Reader (AR) is a reading program designed to motivate students to read. At Bluebonnet Library we are offering motivational rewards based on students’ AR points to encourage more reading! Students will read books, take AR quizzes and gain points. These points will accumulate to earn the student new AR tags. These tags are attached to the student’s AR chain. Students will wear their AR chain on Fridays. The above chart shows how many points a student must earn in order to gain a new tag.
