Curriculum- February 13-17

Religion-  Chapter 7-identify community rules that affirm love of neighbor, explore the meaning of the Great Commandment, describe ways to show love to neighbors, pray for neighbors, Chapter Review 

Language Arts- Unit 7-More Verbs-the verb, "be", verbs in the present, verbs in the past, contractions, suffixes

Reading- focus on stories-practice listening to stories, taking notes, using notes to answer questions, writing paragraph in answer to specific questions

" Math-  unit 6-symmetry, explore characteristics of prisms, review for Unit 6 test,
Test on Thursday, February 16-Unit 6

 Science- review for test, test on Water Cycle, pp. D6-D11 on Tuesday, Feb. 14

Social Studies -with Mrs. Bennett 
Week of Feb. 13-17
Unit 3 - Communities Grow and Change - The unit test is Wednesday. Students need to study their notes. The Invention Project is also due on or before Wednesday. Information on the project came home Wednesday, February 8th. Unit notes and project information can be found under the Homework web page on my web page.
