MONTHLY EXERCISE DAYS

Are you ready to get in shape and have fun? 

Every month I lead the entire school in an exercise program to promote good health.  The activities range from brisk walks around the school, to dancing to oldies, to using the Dance, Dance Revolution game that our school purchased last year.  The monthly programs have a theme that is based on seasonal celebrations.  New for 2009/2010, we have added one Spirit Day per month to our calendar of events.  To view the calendar of dates for our programs and spirit days, please click on the link below.
