Here's a record of the initial construction phases for the JMPS shuttle cabin and nose cone...

The goal was to build a safe structure for a 4 to 5 member crew, that resembles the front of a shuttle orbital vehicle (like the Atlantis), and could fit in my garage, and that could be disassembled and stored in pieces, and then reassembled by students a few days prior to launch.
