The Nipmuc Wellness Center is a student run fitness center that is open to the school and communities of Mendon and Upton. The Recreational Leadership students are trained to use and be able to provide instruction on all the equipment in the fitness center. Equipment available at the Wellness Center includes: Nautilus Machines, Cable Crossover, Smith Machine, Free Weights, Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, and Ellipticals.

Monday- Thursday: 6-8pm
