I am very pleased to be part of the St. Louis School Community.
I have taught at St. Ambrose School in Irondequoit and St. Raphael School in Manchester, New Hampshire. I received my education in Catholic schools in New England. I am proud to continue the tradition of Catholic education-helping children develop academically, socially and spiritually.
I enjoy teaching at the intermediate level, where students have such a good opportunity to be role models and to be involved in various service projects. St. Louis School offers a commendable variety of outreach programs to foster sharing with those less fortunate, and sixth graders benefit from planning and participating in these activities.
In Grade 6, academic abilities are constantly increasing, ranging from basic to higher level skills. Subject areas are approached from the perspective of independent work habits and organizational skills, with an expectation of neat, quality, accurate work.
This year promises to be both exciting and challenging. It is my goal to involve students, in partnership with our families, in enriching and enjoyable faith-filled learning experiences.
