Classroom News

Our last week together!.........sob, sob, sniff, sniff- what a year it has been :)  This class is beyond fabulous and I will miss them greatly.  Best of luck to all as you enter Trickum!

Thanks to Mrs. Dedani, Mrs. Bakare, Mrs. Jannett, Mrs. Weido. Mrs. Hill, Mrs. Donaldson, and Mrs. Henry for coming on our field trip.  We really appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedules to join us!

Did you turn in your Trickum Tiger Camp Training form?  Have you gotten your summer reading books yet?  Did you turn in your updated immunization form?  Ahh- 6th grade......

We will head to Mountain Park Methodist Church Tuesday morning for practice from 9:00-11:30.  Students will walk to Harvest Community Church at noon to watch the movie, A Dolphin Tale.  (Students will return to the same church Tuesday night for our ceremony.)

Survivor Day is here- please join us on Wednesday, May 23rd on the back field for fun and games.  Children should wear their bathing suits under their clothes and thei 5th grade class shirts on top.  You will also need a towel and a change of clothes.  Water shoes work well.  Do you want to volunteer??  A flyer was sent home from the 5th grade moms in charge with the email contact.  If you have lost your information, just send me an email and I will forward it on the right person. 

Have you made plans for 5th grade awards night?  All students will need to be at Mountain Park United Methodist Church on Tueday, May 22nd at 6:30 p.m.  It is a good idea to take any family pictures at home before your child lines up to march inside.  It can get a little crazy with almost 200 students (and their families) celebrating afterwards!  Your child should have brought home a graduation invitation on Friday for your scrapbooks :)

Report cards will be sent home on Wednesday. 

CRCT scores are online in the parent portal testing history section.  Hard copies should be here by Wendesday.

Parents- thank you for your support this year.  I thank each one of you!!!  Please know how much I appreciate you and understadn that I think you are doing a GREAT job with your kids!  What a great group of young ladies and gentlemen!
