Frank is talking about making this an annual event which is 150% amazing!

-Our 3rd Annual Fall Community Beach clean up was our most successful yet with a record 85 signed in participants despite the rain guarantee by weather.com and the 30mph wind gusts. The majority of those in attendance were LBHS students. This year’s turnout notably included LB community members as well as neighboring Long Island HS Surf clubs from Massapequa and Rockville Center. The group collected an amazing amount of trash and debris and also found mind boggling "how did this get here" items including a HP printer, fire hydrant (over 100 years old and over 1000lbs), City of LB signs, a mattress, clothing, bikes, tires, metal and plastic piping, and the list goes on. Prizes were given out for top garbage collectors adding incentive to collecting the most garbage possible. The winners included LBHS surf club members Zach Noe, Pat Magennis and Devin White. Pictures coming soon.

-"The Pursuit" Premier / Q&A session with film-maker Aaron Lieber on Oct 3rd was a great success! Pictures coming soon.
