Olympic Games 2/2010
We did a group activity to learn about the Olympics, and to participate in our own Olympic Games. We did wax paper speed skating, "hockey", a scooter board "luge". We also each made an Olympic flag. When we finished the games, all the of the students recieved gold medals for their participation. What great fun!
Gingerbread Man 12/09
The Speech Therapist and I did a group in one of the autistic classrooms about the gingerbread man. She made a great powerpoint with music and story, which the kids loved! We even acted it out! We did a visual worksheet about the story, and then decorated gingerbread cookies....YUM!!!
