Sunday is Grandparent's Day. I hope you found the handprint paper your child made for a gift to grandparents. Being a "Nana" myself, I know how much grandparents treasure our little ones. I hope you contact grandparents with a phone call, visit, or letter about their first weeks at school experiences. Your children are so precious--share them with family. I know if my granddaughter could walk, talk, or just give me a hug, I would be on cloud 9.
Newsletter goes home on Mon.
Library books went home Friday. Our new library check-out day will be WED. Last week most of our books were back on Mon. Wed. works best in our over-all schedule. Please try to have books back on Wed., so more can be checked out.
Phonics and Math started smoothly this week--watch for daily papers to review at home.
Scholastic Books came in late Fri. I will send home orders on Monday.
I enjoyed seeing all of you at Open House. Thank you for coming. Information on Party Helpers will go home Monday.
PTO meeting is Monday evening.
