BIOLOGY Homework

11/2/09   We have been working on the photosynthesis light and dark reactions in class, so there hasn't been any homework, other than reading chapter 8. There is a quiz over photosynthesis on Thursday for A day, and Friday for B day. Study your notes and go over the packet of questions we did together in class.

11/6/09 Work book pages 83-85 due next class.  Read chapter 9.

11/9/09   Quiz over ch 9 vocabulary, sections 1 & 2 (pgs 221, and 226); only 9 words. I will pick 5 of those words to quiz you over. You should be reading chpt. 9.

Complete the respiration lab questions and email it to me.

11/12/09  Photosynthesis and Respiration TEST next Thursday (A) and Friday (B).  Today in class we went over the different series of reactions involved in the respiration "on the floor". No homework was assigned today besides reading chapter 9.

11/13/09  If you did the fermentation lab in class, complete the questions. Test next Thursday and Friday. Review for the test is on the web site here, just scroll down or under the class document page (photosynthesis and Respiration Test Review)

11/16/09  Test  Thursday and Friday over photosynthesis and respiration. Review for the test is on the web site here, and was emailed to your on Saturday.  just scroll down or go to  the class document page (photosynthesis and Respiration Test Review). Today we reviewed the whole respiration process, 2nd period did the fermentation lab. 2nd period, finish the questions and turn in next class.

11/18/09  Today we reviewed for the test. Test tomorrow for B day, and Friday for A day. Complete the test review; hand write and print the review. Turn it in the day of your test. YOU MAY NOT EMAIL IT TO ME.  

11/20/09  Friday ---Workbook pages 91-94. If you didn't have your workbook, then you are to do page 257 in the book, chapter 10. I kept a record of who had their workbook pages and who didn't.(Page 257 is instead of work book pages.) Read chapter 10.
