Visit our class website to find out about current topics, assignments, and general news. This site will be updated frequently to help keep everyone informed about what is happening in the history and writing classes. The history page applies to all 5th graders.  Please note that quiz and test dates may be changed to ensure proper coverage of material. There are separate pages that focus on information specific to my homeroom's writing class, schedule, and activities.  Please email me at sames@scit.org with any questions or concerns.

The following supplies will be needed for history/social studies class (all 5th graders).

A 1" three-ring binder and a small supply of white lined paper (loose leaf or one subject spiral bound notebook).

Students will also need pencils, colored pencils, and a highlighter.

The following supplies will be needed for writing class (my homeroom only).

One sturdy two pocket folder and a small supply of white lined paper. (loose or spiral bound is fine).
