Mrs. Allen's 6th Grade Geography

My name is Sharyl Allen and I have been teaching for 27 years. I am also the tennis coach. I am married to Will Allen. He is a teacher and coach at Mustang High School. I have two daughters. My oldest daughter Allison, is a teacher at Mustang Elementary and my son-in-law Jason is an optometry student. Amy, my youngest daughter, is a sophomore at OSU. My family enjoys all kinds of sports and being outdoors. In the summer we like to travel to the places we study about in my geography class. In my class, we will study the continents of North and South America, Australia, and Antarctica. Some special projects that we do are pumpkin globes, create your own island, The National Geographic Geography Bee, and chocolate around the world.
