2008-2009 GO PATS!

Hi Everyone,                                                          

Welcome to a new school year!  I hope you all have had a relaxing summer.

Let me take a minute to introduce myself.  My name is Deb Rubenstein.   I grew up in Warwick, Rhode Island with 2 older brothers and a dachshund named Fritz.  Having been raised in New England, I have been a Red Sox and Patriot fan my entire life. 

 I have been a Special Education Teacher since September 1982 after graduating from Russell Sage College.  I spent several years working for RCG BOCES(QuestarIII) followed by 4 years at home raising my daughter.  In 1992, I began teaching at Green Meadow.  The following year my husband, daughter, and I moved to East Greenbush from Troy.  My daughter, Rachel, attended Green Meadow and graduated in June of 2006 from Columbia High School.  She will be a junior at the University of Vermont this Fall. 

At Green Meadow our Teaching Assistants are an integral part of our program and your child's success.  I feel fortunate to have Mrs. Wager, Mr. Guilbo, and Mrs. Mulligan as part of the team.  I think your children will enjoy working with them as well.
