| Heights is located at 2410 Tenth Street, Alamogordo, New Mexico. | |
| Heights Elementary, one of nine elementary schools in the Alamogordo Public School District, educates approximately 300 students daily. | |
| Our community of learners is comprised of three kindergarten classrooms, two first grades, two second grades, three third grades, two fourth grades, two fifth grades, and two IIS Resourse classrooms. | | | | |
| Each week students receive instruction in vocal music, visual arts, physical education, library media skills and technology. | | | Technology is integrated throughout the curriculum as each classroom is equipped with networked computers, and a data retrieval system that supports our two computer labs. Students improve their reading and math skills during their daily 30 minute computer lab.
