How to do quiz corrections... 1. Corrections should be on a SEPARATE SHEET OF PAPER and have the following written at the top…Name, Date, Period. 2. Fold the paper in half lengthwise. On the left side of the paper redo the problem, showing all work, if applicable. On the right side, you must write 2-3 sentences for EACH INCORRECT PROBLEM, explaining how to do the sentences correctly. How would you explain to someone else how to do the problem? You may also give definitions or list steps to do the problem as part of your sentences. You may use any resource or person to help you with this task, but the sentences should be your own. Failure to write coherent well thought out sentences will result in no credit for that problem. 3. Staple the original quiz to the back of the correction sheet. You do not need to rewrite the original problem. You could earn upto 1/2 the points you lost. 4. Corrections will be due the next class after quizzes are returned to you. If any of these items are missing, your grade will not be changed.
