The following are items that will be worked on in class.
You may also use this as a study sheet for the unit test.

* Know that +4 is the same as 4
*Be able to explain what a "net change" is.

*What would the net change be for:  -4 +5+6 -2 +1 -2

Explain how you would figure the above problems out.

Create a "tower" or row of stores.  Pick  a place to start and plan a series of 3 changes that will get you back to the starting place.

*Be able to use < and > correctly between two numbers (including negative number).

*If you planted a flower and on day seven the flower measured 3 inches and then you checked  again on day 18 to find that your flower now measures 11 inches, tell what the net change for the growth of the flower would be.  HOW COULD YOU FIGURE THIS OUT?  CAN YOU EXPLAIN IN WORDS?

*Put the following numbers in order.  (you may want to draw a number line)

10  -5  -9    15   0
