Bicycling Miles for 2007
As of the last week of January of 2007, we have 48 weeks left of the year. With this being said, I have given myself a goal of bicycling 5,000 miles or more by year's end. To accomplish this, I must ride at least 105 miles per week.
I also decided to post my monthly results here to encourage others to bicycle, as doing so is very inexpensive, does wonders for our planet, is uniquely invigorating and is fabulous for our health.

August: Unable to ride: Traveled to: Rainbow Springs, Manatee
Springs, Silver Springs & Saint Augustine, Florida.
Update: Having being accepted to the graduate program of anthropology at FAU, I am now faced with greater constraints on personal time. As a result, I am now forced to adjust my goal for the year as it is evident I will not be able to reach the initial objective of 5000 miles. My updated goal is that of riding 3000 miles before December 31st.
