This course has several types of assessments.

Probes are given on a two-week cycle.

Formative Assessments, otherwise known as Quizzes, are given a few times per unit. If you are not satisfied with your score on a Formative Assessment, you may make corrections and retake the assessment once during Academic Enhancement, Math Tutorial, or outside of normal class hours by special arrangement. This retake must be completed before the next scheduled in-class formative assessment.

Exams are given four times per semester: midway through the first quarter, at the end of the first quarter, midway through the second quarter, and at the end of the semester. Exams are cumulative.
