Course Expectations » Materials In order to best meet your instructional needs, the textbook will be primarily used as a resourse for this course. Much of our materials that we will use are produced right here at Palmer and are designed to be meaningful, engaging, and focused. Because we do not often use the textbook, it is vital that you keep and organize all of your materials for this course in an orderly fashion. All materials are three-hole punched for you to facilitate use of a three-ring binder. Please bring your instructional materials to class everyday. It is a requirement of this course that you have your own graphing calculator. We recommend that you purchase the TI-84 Plus model of calculator. Other models of graphing calculator may be acceptable, but please check with your instructor to be sure that it is a model that is allowed on IB, AP and college entrance examinations. You can purchase a graphing calculator at a discount at http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=874733. There are several text-based resources that will be available to you. Please access the Resources area of this site for links to helpful online resources. If you require more resources, see your teacher.
