Science

    Science is the pursuit of knowledge about the world in which we live. You dabble in science when you wonder about the weather, observe a rainbow, smell a flower, or gaze at the stars. Through the process of observation, we take in information about our world. In 3rd grade, students will continue their explorations in science by broadening and building upon what they have learned in previous grades. We will discuss topics such as: animal classification, ecology, astronomy, skeletal system, muscular system, light and color, and hearing and sound.
