Welcome to Woodstock Middle School. I'm glad you are here. I am very excited and motivated to get our year off to a GREAT start! I will be teaching Language Arts and Social Studies and with this in mind, I will be challenging you to dig deep, follow through, ask questions and above all have fun while learning.
My theme this year is to show what wonderful STARS you are, because you are my shinning stars and I'm proud to have each of you.
In Language Arts, we will learn all about Grammar, propaganda techniques, writing strategies, sentence structure, test taking tips, and much much more.
In Social Studies, we're going to explore and discover history like never before. From the remains of the Egyptian temple to different societies; and of course, maps, maps, and more maps.
It will be a fun and exciting year, and one that I hope you will remember. You all have something that you can contribute to our world. You are our future! I know that you will be successful.
I hope that you will become Wild About Mrs. Mack's World Of Learning, and remain committed to reading, writing, speaking, exploring and discovering, which are skills that will ENHANCE your lives forever!
