Make this summer a time of relaxation!
There are some fun ways to relax and they include: reading, writing in your personal journal and collecting artifacts from your summer fun with family and friends, and when you return to school in August, you will have something for show and tell for your friends and teachers.
Use the summer to be creative. Create something new and exciting that you'll be able to share in the new school year. For example, create a new board game or computer game.
Remember what you have learned this year and know that these skills will give you a "head start" in the 7th grade.
It has been a fun and exciting year, one that I will always remember. You all have something that you can contribute to our world. You are our future! I know that you will be successful. I am proud of all of you!
Remember the goal that I set earlier this year? I hope that you are NOW Wild About Language Arts! I believe that you will remain committed to reading, writing and speaking properly, which are skills that will ENHANCE your lives forever!
