Cursive Handwriting

We use cursive handwriting all the time in third grade.  I know it was introduced in second grade, and students are a little rusty, but the full immersion is the only way for it to become automatic.  So, I’m not expecting great speed or perfection, only that students ALWAYS use cursive and do their best.  This includes homework and classwork.  We have a practice book, and will continue to work on cursive throughout the year.  It seems very difficult, but after two weeks, they'll be sailing along.
