Welcome to Mrs. Maney's Homepage...
March 2009:
We have been so busy that I have not had a chance to update the webpage in a few weeks. Since them we have done so much. Another month is almost over, we celebrated Valentines Day, The 100th day and Chinese New Year. Our pen pals came to visit and we started a health unit on Healthy Teeth. Now that might seem like a lot but we still have a ton more fun to come. In the next couple of weeks we are going to talk about Dinosaurs including making fossils in a Special Library class, as well as visit our pen pals at Red Mill. In march we will also prepare for a visit for a Very Tricky Leprechaun who seems to stop by every year, but we have never been able to catch him. Maybe this will be the year?
We are also beginning Mid-Year Assessments for Report Cards in March. Please make sure to review all of our old letters for Handwriting and Sounds as well as our Star words covered so far. After you receive the report card the week of 3/15 please feel free to contact me with any questions.
